Forensic psychiatry is the branch of medicine concerned with the intersection of mental health and the legal system. Our consultants apply scientific and clinical expertise to civil, criminal, and correctional matters — assessing plaintiffs and evaluees, applying jurisprudence, and producing evidence-based medicolegal reports and testimony for the courts and tribunals of British Columbia.
